Our 2-in-1 Powerful Ultrasonic Cutter and Polisher supports precise cutting, grinding, and polishing.

For commonly used 3D printing materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, Resin, Nylon, TPU, and others:
  • Cutting Thickness: 1 - 12mm
  • Cutting Speed: Up to 60mm per second
  • Cutting Quality: Produces smooth cuts with minimal melting or distortion.

For harder materials such as hard plastics, metals, gemstones, jewellery, shells and hardwoods:

  • Sanding Speed: Fast and efficient, with results you can see.

  The ultrasonic cutter is fast and effective for polishing small areas. However, due to the small contact area of the polishing stick, it is not ideal for large area polishing where high precision is required.

Compared to traditional manual craft knives, the JM-Y10 ultrasonic cutter delivers cleaner, faster, and more precise cuts on materials such as 3D printed parts, plastic model supports, PVC, paper, acrylic, rubber, plaster, PCB boards, wood, EVA foam, and more. It’s engineered to enhance work efficiency across a wide range of scenarios.

2. Compact & Lightweight Build

We’ve streamlined the internal structure to reduce the unit’s size and weight without compromising power. The handle is crafted from anodised aluminium alloy for durability and improved grip, while passive cooling vents efficiently disperse heat during prolonged use, reducing downtime.

3. OLED Display

A built-in OLED screen provides real-time feedback. The main display shows gear mode and button activity using animated indicators, while the secondary display reports temperature levels. This dual-screen approach helps users monitor operation and avoid overheating.

4. Integrated Lighting System

Four LED lights near the blade activate automatically in Auto mode or when the pulse button is pressed in manual modes (1 or 2). Additionally, four dual-colour LEDs on the side (2 green, 2 blue) visually indicate operation mode:

  • Green: Manual mode activated (1 or 2)

  • Blue: Auto mode (A)

  • Cyan: Overheat warning

  • Off: Device cooled and ready

5. Pulse Control Output

JM-Y10 features a dedicated pulse button. In manual modes (1 and 2), users can output energy only when pressing this button—reducing accidental injury risk and prolonging tool life. For better tactile control, we've opted for a toggle switch instead of a touch button, providing both mechanical feedback and real-time display syncing for safer operation.

6. Precision Blades

While most cutters use generic 25mm dual-edge blades, we’ve custom-designed a 22mm, 30° single-tip flat-bottom blade that delivers better efficiency and cutting results.

A built-in child-safety switch on the blade guard prevents accidental injuries during handling or storage.
